Our Basic Service Includes:
*Complete dusting of all rooms - ceiling fans, furniture, electronics, picture frames, shelving, mantles, window sills, lamps / lamp shades, and railings. Remove spider/cobwebs.
*Bathrooms - clean and sanitize all toilets, tubs, showers (including shower walls and glass doors), countertops, sinks, and faucets. Clean baseboards. Empty all waste baskets. Clean exterior of all cabinets, sweep, mop and sanitize all hard floor surfaces and vacuum all rugs.
*Kitchen - Clean and sanitize all countertops / stovetop, clean outside of all appliances (fridge, oven, and dishwasher), clean inside and outside of the microwave, dust, sweep, mop and sanitize of all hard floor surfaces and vacuum any rugs.
*Dining Room - Clean and dust dining table. Vacuum all fabric dining chairs, and clean / sanitize any wooden, or metal dining chairs, sweep, mop and sanitize any hard floor surfaces and vacuum any rugs or carpeted areas.
*Living room / Family room - Dust, vacuum all carpeted areas and all rugs, empty all waste baskets, sweep, mop and sanitize of all hard floor surfaces.
*Bedrooms - Make beds , vacuum all carpeted areas, dust furniture.
*Laundry room - Clean tops of washer and dryer, clean and dust shelving, empty waste baskets, sweep and mop of all hard floor surfaces.
Deluxe Service Includes:
All of the above, plus clean all windows, (interior and exterior), steam clean carpet and wax all hard floor surfaces.
