 Managed all sub contractor relationships including: electrical, plumbing, windows, roofers, landscapers and demolition

Developed and implemented quality control inspection process

Close working relationships with 50+ REO realtors

Responsible for scheduling, accounting, payroll, billing, collections, vendor management and all other senior management functions

Well versed in Field-Comm software used by Bank of America and many other banks

Completed over 35 gut rehab projects for private real estate investors

Served as general contractor on several large commercial projects.
