Objective: To provide asset managers the best representation and service from an REO agent, utilizing direct communication and an understanding of the asset managers needs. Professional Experience: Better Home Relocations LCL is a full service real estate office located in Cook County, Illinois. We offer a full service REO division staffed with a qualified team of employees who manage all aspects or REO’s. Billing, evictions, cash for keys, cleanouts, utilities, as well as other standard REO procedures. We also have business relationships with property preservation and property renovation companies. We do all our BPO’s, and we are the main contract for all our properties, so you deal directly with us, the agent who represents your assets, not an assistant or employee. We also have a dedicated Asset Manger phone, email, and fax, so we are always available immediately when needed by an Asset Manager (service is our main priority).
Summary of Qualifications: Broker/Realtor with extensive real estate experience in single, multi-family, investment residential & investment commercial properties. Representation of an investment group that purchased homes to renovate and sell for profit. Represented multiple buyers on the purchase of REO properties with all of them closing escrow. Posses solid communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with asset managers.
