The HCS waterproofing solution is unique because is it solves several problems found in residential basements. Our Dura-Systems rubber coating eliminates water seepage; moisture vapor drive; makes it much easier to control basement humidity; and is impermeable to radon gas. The Saber Sump Pit drainage basins are engineered to quickly collect ground water which reduces the pressure exerted on the basement foundations; can be tied into perimeter drainage if required; and can be used for radon gas mitigation.
