Our New Home It's been almost one year since your company completed our new home near China Grove, NC. I just wanted to let you know that after all this time we have not had any problems arise and everything is working as it should. I know that sometimes there are things that go wrong during the first year of ownership with a new home but in our case it's been great. Your company did an excellent job during the construction of our house and we continue to see where that attention to detail and quality that you told us about is paying off. Room Addition Ronnie, I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the progress being made on my Sun Room Addition. You have continued to exceed my expectations and your promise to keep the job site clean and neat has been proven out every day during the process. According to your building schedule and proposed budget, it looks like we are even a few days ahead of schedule and somewhat under budget. The quality of workmanship that you have provided is even better than that of the original builders. Kitchen Update Thanks for doing such an awesome job on the updating of our kitchen. The new cabinet and sink that you suggested for the island and the larger top has proven to work wonderfully. We had lots of friends over during Christmas and everyone was highly complimentary. The New Granite tops and lowering the wall between the Kitchen and Living room opened everything up so well and have changed the look so much it's hard to believe that it's the same space. The addition of the bar top on the wall between the kitchen and the living room has added so much usable space that we rarely use the dining table anymore. Again, Thanks for the great job. Year End Review - Just a quick note to let you know that at the end of our first year of owning one of your "Custom Built" homes we have really enjoyed living here. We have previously built several homes and were only hopeful that we could find one that was built as sturdily as what we wanted. Your home is every bit as sturdy as anything we have ever lived in. Your attention to details and quality are showing through every day. We did have a couple of small items we needed you to take care of and that has been done and everything is looking wonderful. We have mentioned your company to several of our friends and hopefully whenever one of them needs a new home they will give you a call. Merchant Ratings Unbelieveable quality and service! We've just completed an addition/kitchen remodel on our home. We waited so long to do this because of an earlier experience with a terrible contractor who added a bathroom to our house. Needless to say we were a bit nervous about diving into another project. But luckily for us...Ronnie isn't like other contractors. The quality and service we received was exceptional. Ronnie took great care in paying attention to the smallest of details, and worked hard to work at a fast pace as to avoid prolonging the invasiveness of the project.
