Standard Cleaning:
The purpose of this type of cleaning is to keep the home clean and disinfected at an affordable price.
All Rooms:
* Wipe down all walls, light switched, doors, door jams, vacuum baseboards, and window sills to remove dirt and marks.
* Vacuum all hard floors then mop them. Wood floors need to be cleaned with a wood floor cleaning product.
* Vacuum all carpeting and stairs and clean the railing going up the stairs.
* Remove all trash.
Spring Cleaning also include these items:
* Clean the windows and the blinds on the inside of the house.
* Remove cob webs.
* Clean ceiling fans that are safely reached.
* Clean the baseboards.
Kitchen:
* Clean the top, sides, and vent of the stove.
* Clean the outside of the refrigerator.
* Clean the inside and outside of the microwave.
* Clean the outside of the cupboards and drawers then wipe them down with Orange Glow.
* Clean all other surfaces and walls.
* Do the dishes and clean the sink with Comet and wipe with glass cleaner.
* Clean the items that are on the counters and other surfaces by removing them, cleaning them, cleaning the surface and then returning the items to their original place.
Spring Cleaning also include these items:
* Clean the inside of the oven.
* Clean the inside of the refrigerator.
Bathrooms:
* Clean the glass shower, tile, tubs, mirrors, and chrome. After they are disinfected, wipe them down with glass cleaner.
* Clean all other surfaces and walls. Clean the items that are on the vanity and other surfaces by removing them, cleaning them, cleaning the surface and then returning the items to their original place. (Wash bath mats and toilet seat cover or fluff in dryer?whichever is needed)
Laundry Room:
* Clean washer and dryer.
* Clean all other surfaces and walls.
* Clean the outside of the cupboards and drawers then wipe them down with Orange Glow.
All Bedrooms and living areas:
* Dust all of the furniture and everything that is on the furniture. (Change sheets on Master Bed)
* Dust all pictures on walls and clean hanging mirrors.

We simply keep your home clean and disinfected so you don't have to spend your evenings and weekends doing it.
Rates are for standard sized homes, larger homes do cost a little more.

3 bathroom house ? $75 - $100
4 bathroom house ? $125 - $150
Move-out Move-in Cleaning:
2 bathroom house ? $150 - $175
3 bathroom house ? $175 - $200
4 bathroom house ? $200 - $225
