Not a single one of these comments is from a recognizable customer. I do all sales, quoting customer service and final inspections. We have not had a single item of coorespondence or phone calls from anyone in over 6 months with any type of omplaint. We have lost 3 customers in the past 4 months for economic reasons. Every single new customer we have done since prior to Thanksgiving, 2008 has signed on for regularly scheduled service. I would be happy to address any concerns from any of these commentors. Please contact me via phone or e-mail from our webpage. This looks to me like the competition trying to portrait us as a poor quality provider with no customer service. This stuff here is just jealous competition. We would not service over 60 regularly scheduled properties weekly if these comments here were accurate. We had booked the date weeks in advance, and then I received a phone call from Mike saying that Shantis had gotten a bigger weekly job and it made "business sense" for them to cancel their commitment to me and pick up this new client instead. I think it would have made "business sense" to fulfill their obligation to me first, but I guess they disagree. However, as luck would have it, anther cleaning service was available that I think will do a much better job anyway, especially after reading these reviews. Comment
