I have extensive experience with all construction methods including alternative materials like S.I.P.'S, I.C.F.'S and light gage steel framing, and have been involved in designing sustainable housing and "green" buildings since before "green" was such a popular buzzword. I have a high tech setup including the latest AutoCAD Architectural software and work from my home to keep my overhead low, passing this savings on to you.
