Hi there! My name is Jim Rowland. I'm the owner of Carpet & Tile Solutions. I've been in the cleaning business for 27 years. In that time I've cleaned tens of thousands of square feet of carpet, area rugs, and ceramic tile floors, not to mention thousands of chairs, sofas, auto, boat, and RV interiors. I've even cleaned a Hollywood movie star's private jet- twice! (His initials are J.T.).

In addition to my years of experience, I'm also a Certified Master Cleaner- trained, tested, and certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. The education and training I've received from the I.I.C.R.C. is essentially the equivalent of a Masters Degree in carpet cleaning. My combined experience and training means that not only will I be able to get your carpet, tile and upholstery as clean as possible, I'll be able to perform the work at a fair price and without risk of damage to your valuable furnishings.

I clean using the hot water extraction method- what most people refer to as "steam" cleaning. In reality, there's no steam involved, just very hot water combined with extremely capable detergents. It's the cleaning method recommended by most carpet manufacturers, and the only method endorsed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. I do all my jobs with top of the line Butler & HydraMaster truck-mounted hot water extraction machines. These cleaning units are capable of producing 200+ degree water for the most effective cleaning, combined with extrordinary vacuum suction that enables carpet and fabrics to dry quickly- often in 2 hours or less! When you factor in the aggressive but gentle cleaning solutions I use, you've got a combination that is second to none.
